A Four-Point Insurance Inspection is requested by insurance providers to insure older homes have been properly maintained. They would like the roof, electrical, plumbing and heat systems upgraded in the past 20 years.

The roof should be visually functional and have a lifespan of an additional five years.

The electrical system should have grounded three-way outlets or two-way upgraded with gfci outlets.

The plumbing should be functional throughout the home with no missing fixtures, such as shower heads, faucet handles and so forth.

The heater should be functional with the A/C, Plenum, filter and duct work. No pull-out or floor heaters are acceptable

Photos may be taken if requested and the invoice may be hand delivered or sent with the report.
